proverb

An invisible red thread connects those who are destined to meet regardless of time, place, or circumstance. The red thread may stretch or tangle, but will never break. --Chinese proverb

Three More Weeks!

Our plane tickets have been purchased (using "frequent buyer" miles on our credit card!) and I actually booked a hotel over the internet for our one 9 hour layover in Guangzhou. You gotta love the internet! We fly out the 10th and once we get to Nanchang on Oct. 12th, we will be met by our guide who will take care of all travel arrangements and hotels for the remainder of the trip. Saturday morning we have our travel orientation meeting at the agency to fill in all the blanks about our upcoming trip. We are busy wrapping up whatever we can here and making many notes for Grammy and Gramps to guide them through their duties while here with the boys for two weeks. We will arrive back home with little Neela on October 25th at noon after leaving China at 8:00am on the 25th. If only it were really that short...

Yeah. Good luck with that flight home. :-) I say that with all the joyful camaraderie of those who have been through the birthing process share. I can honestly say now that it was a mere drop in the bucket and almost completely forgotten.

I can't wait! Good luck with the upcoming packing too!
