We were mobbed at the street market by lots of summer camp kids who had an assignment to find an English speaker and ask them several questions, or were on a scavenger hunt and our signatures were one of the things they needed. The school slogan "Better English Better Life" is a popular belief over here that being able to speak English will give you more and better job opportunities.
